5. Job Listings & Applications
Tech Orbit Jobs is a platform and do not employ users. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with laws.
When you apply for a job, you authorize the employer to contact you and to use the information you provide. Employers are separate controllers of applicant data for their hiring decisions.
Important Notice: Tech Orbit Jobs aggregates job listings from external sources for convenience. We are not affiliated with the hiring companies unless explicitly stated. Job postings, details, and availability are subject to change or expiration without notice. Applications are submitted on the respective company or third-party websites, and Tech Orbit Jobs has no control over the application process, hiring decisions, or accuracy of external job data.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid features (e.g., job promotion, subscriptions) are billed as described at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (flutterwave). By making a purchase you agree to the provider's terms and privacy practices. We do not offer refunds at this time.
7. Intellectual Property
